Hi, my name is Brian Kent, founder of the English Bakery in Boracay Island in 1985. In 1999 I moved to Baguio and soon after started baking again mainly just for friends. In 2001 I met Vergie, a wonderful person who also loves to bake and in 2005 we got married and started a small bakery business. Our products are both healthy and nutritious with no chemicals of any sort added.
We have several outlets at SM Supermarket, Mario's, Supreme Deli, Honey in the Rock and at Harmonde Vegetarian Restaurant.
